呼吸をゆっくり整えて優しいポーズを中心に、しっかりカラダを動かします。

最後は呼吸法、瞑想を行ってからシャヴァアーサナへ。

海が見える会場で、呼吸とカラダ、心を大切に感じていきます。

ヨーガの時間の中で自分という素晴らしい命を

生かすモチベーションを高めていきます。

呼吸をゆっくり整えて優しいポーズを中心に

しっかりカラダを動かしていきます。

最後は呼吸法、瞑想を行ってから、シャヴァアーサナへ。

週末土曜日の朝に少しだけ早起きをして

朝の神聖な空気を身体に取り込み自分を感じる時間を体験しましょう。
